At Richardson Metals, Inc., our renowned custom aluminum extrusion services is also supported by a variety of machining and finishing services. Our 14,400 ft2 facility is geared for low to medium production runs, prototyping, and specialty production with various Aluminum alloys.

We offer complete in-house fabrication services that includes CNC Machining/Milling (3 Axis), Cutting, Deburring, Drilling, Grinding, Punching, Tapping, and Welding. We work with maximum diameters of up to 4.0" with a minimum wall thickness of 0.020" at + 0.001" tolerances dependent on part size. Our team is well-versed in working with Aluminum grades such as 6061 & 6063. For customers interested in additional surface finishing, we field several operations designed to achieve the best aesthetics for your project including anodizing, painting, silk screening, coating, and polishing.
